Acceptance of Terms
You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from participating in this raffle.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a legal resident of Alberta, Canada
ACA staff and family members residing at the same address are prohibited from participating
Valid government-issued photo ID required for prize claims
PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) required where applicable for firearm prizes
Ticket Purchase and Payment
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Ticket sales are limited to the period specified in the raffle license.

Prize Claims
Winners have one (1) year from the draw date to claim prizes
Valid government-issued photo ID required for all prize claims
Prizes are awarded as listed – no cash equivalent available
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this raffle. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for raffle tickets.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and are subject to AGLC regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
